Meet Angelique Kane, Vice President

​Angelique N. Kane is a native Baltimorean and resides in the Ednor Gardens- Lakeside community with her husband and their children who attend Baltimore City Public Schools.

Angelique is employed as a Program Specialist in the Parent, Infant & Early Childhood (PIEC) Program in The Institute for Innovation and Implementation at the at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

Angelique is an active citizen and models her volunteer service after the term "sankofa" which simply means to reach back into the past to use the lessons learned to effect positive change in the future. Angelique feels if is her duty to "pay it forward" in every effort to increase civic engagement through education and building relationships. Angelique enjoys reading, traveling, watching reality TV, and spending time with family and friends at neighborhood festivals and street fairs across Baltimore City.
