Nominate a changemaker in Baltimore! One of the most meaningful moments of Stoop Soiree is when we pause to recognize the incredible individuals and organizations who are building a stronger Baltimore for families. This year, we will proudly honor three change makers who embody the heart of our mission:

  • Advocate of the Year

  • Parent of the Year

  • PTO/PTA of the Year

These are the people who don’t just show up.  They stand up.  Often they jump up!  They rally for better schools, create welcoming neighborhoods, lift up their fellow parents, and build a city where families don’t just live but they thrive! Nominate someone you know by Friday, September 5th:

Event FAQs

  • Many attendees dress in cocktail attire to the theme, but the choice is yours. This year’s theme is Midnight at the Zoo!

  • Ticket deadlines are as follows:

    • Launch sale: Monday 9/1 through Monday 9/8 - $75 per person

    • Early bird pricing through September 30 - $85 per person

    • Regular ticket pricing October 1 through November 13 - $95 per person

    • Tickets may be available at the door, if not sold out - $105 per person

    Sponsorships are due by October 22 for inclusion in print materials.

  • Yes! We have a fantastic menu for Stoop Soiree, catered by Blue Pit BBQ. Dinner is included, as well as beer, wine, and a signature cocktail.

  • Yes! We will have selections for vegetarians, vegans, dairy-free and gluten-free guests, and food will be labeled accordingly. If you have advance questions or cross-contamination concerns, contact marketing@baltimorefamilies.org. At the event, please see a member of the catering team.

  • The event will begin with a cocktail hour, including some special visitors and surprises. Food will be served shortly after, followed by a short program. Our DJ will open up the dance floor as the moonlight arrives!
