At our upcoming 8th Annual Stoop Soirée fundraising gala, on Friday, November 13, one of the most meaningful moments is when we pause to recognize the incredible individuals who are building a stronger Baltimore for families.

This year, we proudly honor three change makers who embody the heart of our mission as:

- Advocate of the Year

- Parent of the Year

- Parent Group of the Year

These are the people who don’t just show up. Often, they jump up! They rally for better schools, create welcoming neighborhoods, lift up their fellow parents, and build a city where families don’t just live but they thrive! Nominations due Friday, September 11, 2026.

Many attendees dress in cocktail attire to the theme, but the choice is yours.
Our sponsorship packet is available here. Sponsorships are due by October 31 to be included in printed and digital material.

Yes! We have a fantastic menu for Stoop Soiree. Dinner is included, as well as beer, wine, and signature cocktails.
Yes! We will have food labeled to assist attendees. If you have advance questions or cross-contamination concerns, contact marketing@baltimorefamilies.org. At the event, please see a member of the catering team.
The event will begin with a cocktail hour, including some special animal visitors from the Zoo. Our DJ will set the vibe with great music while you strike your best pose at our photo booth and enjoy a fun caricature! Food will be served at approximately 7pm, followed by a short program celebrating our mission and honoring our nominated residents.
